I say again....Wow. When i read the constitution the first time in high school I seriously laughed out loud when we got to the twenty third, because by the 19th amendment I remember saying to myself "Good, they FINALLY got everyone." Then I came to this one and I remember thinking "Of course why wouldn't they have another amendment on the right to vote."
