How confusing. Poor Bob. Whatever will he do. Income taxes are truely confusing. Probably one of the most confusing taxes there is no such thing as a flat rate income tax. With so many loop holes this taxing policy looks like more space than substance. It should be called "5000 ways you can avoid paying taxes if you can afford a tax lawyer.
