Stupid... that's all I can say about the "the fourteenth amendment crushes my rights" videos I had to grit my teeth over until fiinding this one. The fourtenth was required because the states such as georgia, alabama, and other southern states were denying citzen rights to former slaves. The states-rights will yell all day about puting the people under the "jurisdiction of the united states" but they lack the perspective to realize that the "jurisdiction of the united states" is the constitution that we were already under the jurisdiction of. that is all i have to say about that.
