I hate the amendments that have to be passed that should have just been.Again though, as with the 15th amendment, I realize that it had to be written into law for idiots. This ammendment is probably the most important in the scheme of things. It makes everyone in the united states that is a legal citzen have the right to vote. Thus ending "second class citizens". I'm not saying that there isn't work to be done in the private sector, but hey everyone can vote right?
