The draft... a dark political cloud falls over any party that reinstates this wonderful little career killer. Nonetheless it does happen and when it does under the 13th amendment to the constitution everybody else and I have the right to not get conscripted. Because the "draft" would be a form of invoulentary servitude I have the legal right to refuse to "voulenteer". If I feel that my moral responsibility is to go fight and die for my country I will go sign up for myself thank you very much.
